Overview​
Mindfully Centered Approach (MCA) is a collection of simple ideas. Together these simple ideas compose a principle -- to live, to heal, to be healed.
The goal is to be genuine, to fulfill our full potential, to be in tune with ourselves, nature, and all beings!

MCA starts with 3 simple concepts -- 1. all of us have 14 regular Channels, 2. there's a higher power, and 3. all beings have their individual purposes. When healthy, our 14 regular Channels flow correctly and optimally.

There are 4 factors which impact our Channels:

No sense of Purpose and no connection to Loving Kindness

Physical injury, scar, poor posture, or trauma

Emotional factors like imbalances of anger and fear

Perspective of sympathy, empathy, and compassion

MCA clarifies, diagnoses, treats, and provides clarity of how to resolve past issues, maintain optimal flow of Channels, and to prosper and thrive to achieve our Purpose.

MCA contains no revolutionary concepts. With clarity and mindfulness, MCA is a powerful and practical tool to cultivate ourselves and progress.
